I have plantar fasciitis, so I wear orthotics inside my boots and have no trouble fitting them in these boots as they are a wide fit and have plenty of toe room and great ankle support.
I am on my feet 8-10 hours a day and find these boots very comfortable and not too hot in the summer months.
I have bought these same boots 4 years in row now, I highly recommend to all my co-workers.
